ARRANGEMENTS FOR END-OF-YEAR PRIZE GIVING

Years 1 to 6 

Anna Stuck Performing Arts Centre at 8.40 am

Boys to arrive at normal time, by 8.10 am, wearing dress whites.

Parents to be seated by 8.30 am in the ASPAC.

Masks, social distancing and scanning-in will be required.

All boys in Year 1-6 are to be collected and taken  home at 9.30am once the End-of-Year Prize Giving is completed.

Year 7 and 8 

Wiremu Forecourt (outside) at 10 am

Boys to arrive at 9.30 am wearing dress whites and must bring a clean, white, brimmed school hat.

Parents to be seated by 9.50 am.

Year 7 Parents are to be seated in the downhill seating area near the chapel.

Year 8 Parents on the upper seating area, closer to the ASPAC. 

Masks, social distancing and scanning-in will be required.

ALL STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND PRIZE GIVING

Dress whites for all boys & white, full-brimmed hats for Years 7 and 8.

These events will also be live-streamed to enable other loved ones to witness them.

Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions, there will be no drinks after the presentations.

We look forward to your company as we come together to reflect, to recognise achievement and to look ahead to the future (albeit under COVID restrictions).
